Located in the Town of Micro, conveniently near I-95 and Hwy-301 in Johnston County, Micro Summit seeks to produce high-value, consistent, and safe meat products that exceed the rapidly changing needs of our producers with excellence and customer care.
Our 18,000 square foot facility offers full cooking capabilities, as well as cold storage opportunities.

“The two main words we use around here are humane handling and sanitation,” said owner Amy Robinette. “We know producers spend a great deal of time caring for their animals, so we make sure they are treated humanely, while maintaining the highest level of sanitation."
